Warranty and Refund Information

While WhiteWulf Arms LLC is the manufacturer of the many of the firearms sold on this site due to the fact that we finished and serialized the frame or receiver, we do not manufacture any parts in the traditional sense. As such, we do not provide any warranty beyond those provided by the manufacturers of the component parts. We will provide warranty assistance for any issues arising from manufacturing defects in component parts.

As an example, Polymer80 offers a Lifetime Warranty against any manufacturer’s defect. If you have a warranty or service question, please call their support department 800-517-1243 ext. 2001. Feel free to contact WhiteWulf Arms for questions about warranty information for any other parts.

Prior to shipping a completed firearm, WhiteWulf Arms appropriately cleans and lubricates all parts. If you encounter any issues related to the assembly of the component parts, you may return your firearm to us for a full refund minus a 5% restocking fee. Ammunition may be returned for a refund of the unused portion minus the same restocking fee. You are also responsible for all shipping costs. All sales other than firearms and ammunition (including but not limited to magazines, cases, silencers, reloading equipment, and engraving or cerakote services) are final. We will only provide a refund for items with issues related to assembly, not malfunctions due to normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
